Al comenzar mi intervención en esta Asamblea, deseo ante todo expresarle a usted, Señor Presidente, mi sincera gratitud por sus amables palabras. Quiero agradecer también al Secretario General, el Señor Ban Ki-moon, por su invitación a visitar la Sede central de la Organización y por su cordial bienvenida.
